Cupcakes and scones cooking class is always popular and you can see why. They are total classics for an afternoon tea.
WHAT WILL THEY LEARN?
In this sessions children will make cupcakes and buttercream and learn how to make several different icing techniques to decorate the cupcakes.
While the cupcakes are cooling they will make scones and have the option to make them sweet or savoury and add different fruit or cheese and herbs.
WHAT AGE GROUP IS THIS FOR?
8+ to 16 (a parent/carer can sit and watch or help at the session)
WHAT INGREDIENTS WILL BE USED?
Butter, flour, eggs, milk, sugar (alternative flour, milk and vegetable spread can be provided on request)
