In this pasta and pizza cooking class in Warwick, we will be making sweet potato and herb ravioli with garlic butter sauce and tagliatelle in tomato and herb sauce.
What will you learn?
You will learn to use a pasta machine and hand roll to make ravioli again at home. You will also learn how to make the perfect filling for your ravioli.
Create a delicious, simple sauce with butter and herbs from Anne Marie’s garden.
Discover how to make tagliatelle and a rich tomato sauce.
Make a traditional pizza dough and hand roll to make the perfect base for your favourite pizza toppings.
Once you have made your pasta and pizza dough from scratch, you will want to make it again.
Do I need to bring anything?
The lesson includes ingredients and refreshments, and aprons are provided.
Please bring storage containers for any food not eaten during the class.
Is this pasta and pizza cooking class suitable for children?
Yes, over the age of 11, as there is a lot to take in. A paying adult must accompany children. Children must have a paid ticket too.

This cooking workshop can be booked as a private cooking lesson for up to 6 people and can be made vegan and gluten-free (£95 for 1 person, £150 for 2 people, £195 for 3 people, £250 for 4, £350 for 6 people) Warwickshire, West Midlands.
