This budget batch cooking class is all about essential life skills. Also discover how to use of your time more effectively to make other meals using the spare lentil mix and use your freezer effectively.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
In this workshop you will make a vegan lentil lasagne from scratch using home made oat milk and garlic bread.
This lesson plan may sound very basic but from this one class you will also learn how to use each element to create a variety of dishes. Using the leftover mix you will make a cottage pie and chilli but go away with the knowledge of so many other dishes.
Dishes can be made vegan and gluten free very easily (please state on form when booking)

How will this cooking class be structured?
There will be a maximum of 4 attendees.
You will work in pairs.
Working as a team you will cook together the lasagne.
Individually you will make your own garlic bread.

3 hours approximately.
What do I need to bring?
Several storage containers to take any food not eaten. Aprons and ingredients provided.
Will I be using knives?
Yes for preparing vegetables.
