Impressive Chocolate Yule Log baking lesson

A chocolate yule log is a seasonal favourite. Anne Marie will show you how to create this impressive, tasty pudding.

It makes a fabulous centrepiece and is not as difficult as you think.

Discover how to make a smooth, delicious buttercream which can be adapted with your favourite liquor.

You can work independently to make a large Yule log or bring a friend to create two 12-inch logs, which you can individually ice and decorate.

We will also make delicious buttery shortbread and serve it with a warm, homemade spiced mulled apple drink.
