Anne Marie will guide you through how to cook juicy chicken, golden roast potatoes and vegetables, proper Yorkshire puddings (Anne Marie is a Yorkie girl!), and slow-cooked onion gravy. She will also give you some great kitchen tips, like ideas for leftover chicken, onion skin and veggies to make stock.
If you’re nervous about cooking a Sunday roast or Christmas dinner and want to learn tips to reduce the stress of preparing a special meal, this class is for you.
But let’s not forget about pudding! Seasonal fruit crumble with homemade custard is a firm favourite!
