In this relaxed cooking class, you will learn to cook a roast dinner from scratch, a traditional Sunday classic.
Anne Marie will guide you through how to cook juicy chicken, golden roast potatoes and vegetables, proper Yorkshire puddings (Anne Marie is a Yorkie girl!), and slow-cooked onion gravy. She will also give you some great kitchen tips, like ideas for leftover chicken, onion skin and veggies to make stock.
If you’re nervous about cooking a Sunday roast or Christmas dinner and want to learn tips to reduce the stress of preparing a special meal, this class is for you.
But let’s not forget about pudding! Seasonal fruit crumble with homemade custard is a firm favourite!
This cooking class is ideal for beginners or anyone wishing to improve their cookery skills or have fun preparing, cooking and sharing the food made in the session with others.
After you’ve cooked your meal, we will sit together for a tasty lunch.
