In this pasta and pizza cooking class in Warwick, we will be making sweet potato and herb ravioli with garlic butter sauce and tagliatelle in tomato and herb sauce.
What will you learn?
You will learn to use a pasta machine and hand roll so you can easily make ravioli again at home. You will also learn how to make the perfect filling for your ravioli.
Create a delicious, simple sauce with butter and herbs from Anne Marie’s garden. Make a traditional pizza dough and hand roll to make the perfect base for your favourite pizza toppings.
You will also make tagliatelle with a rich tomato and herb sauce, which you can eat during the class or take home. Once you have made your pasta and pizza dough from scratch, you want to make it again.
Do I need to bring anything?
The lesson includes ingredients and refreshments, and aprons are provided. Please bring storage containers for any food not eaten during the class.
Is this pasta and pizza cooking class suitable for children?
Yes, children must be over 11, as there is much information to take in. A paying adult must accompany the children, and the children must have a paid ticket, too.

What participants say:
What a fantastic way to spend a rainy morning/afternoon! The instructor was really chatty, welcoming, reassuring and interesting and made us feel at home. The food we made was delicious and surprisingly easy, and it was really satisfying to get three recipes from the session. Very knowledgeable instructor who showed us step-by-step, hands-on, idiot-proof techniques. Really enjoyable session and recommend it for a gift, especially if someone is a foodie or someone loves food but not necessarily cooking as it is really fun, accessible and immersive. G Alderidge
