What participants say:
I booked a Sushi-making class myself and my granddaughter as a Christmas treat. The whole experience was so well organised, Anne Marie is very knowledgeable about ingredients, techniques and very good at putting you at ease. We both loved the session and couldn’t believe that we came away with 4 different types of perfect Sushi rolls. Thank you Anne Marie for an amazing afternoon. D Philpott
I booked this for our 7th year anniversary and it was fantastic. Anne Marie was very sweet and attentive which made us feel very welcome. We made loads of delicious sushi and can’t wait to put our new knowledge into practice at home. A Shaw
Great fun! Anne Marie creates a relaxed atmosphere with an easy and approachable manner. The course itself is easy to follow and I came away with enough sushi for two for the evening! Would definitely recommend. R Maidment
We had a wonderful sushi learning experience with Anne, in particular, she was very patient with my girlfriend Sarb who had never cooked before. I enjoyed learning how to make sushi in her lovely kitchen which was very peaceful and quiet. Anne made the class fun and I felt there were no silly questions. We were made to feel very comfortable quickly and enjoyed having sushi later at home for dinner. I look forward to Anne teaching us again. S Binning
