Essential Sushi Making Class Stratford Upon Avon

Enjoy sushi making in this exciting and educational Japanese cooking class!  In this workshop, you will learn the traditional techniques of sushi preparation and create delicious rolls to eat or take home and enjoy.

Learn to make Maki, Urimaki, and Futomaki

In this session, you will chop a range of vegetables along with egg, smoked salmon and prawns to fill the sushi rolls.

Sushi is naturally gluten-free and can be made vegan as you choose the fillings.

We understand that trying new things can be daunting, especially in the kitchen. But fear not! Anne Marie will guide you every step of the way, ensuring a supportive and relaxed atmosphere. You’ll work with fresh ingredients and top-quality sushi rice, mastering the art of rolling and shaping each piece with finesse.

During the class, as you immerse yourself in the process, you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment and pride, knowing that you are creating something special.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have made three sushi rolls and the confidence to make sushi at home. Impress your friends and family with your newfound culinary prowess.

Up to five adults can be accommodated at Get Cooking!  in Warwick Gates and eight at Sip n Swig.

Workshops for up to 10 people in your home can be provided if suitable space.

Sushi workshops can also be provided on-site at your place of work or external venue and make a great team-building event based around lunchtime or after work. Workplace sushi sessions can be adapted to 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
