Terms and Conditions

PRIVATE LESSONS / GROUP WORKSHOPS

Invoice for private lessons and workshops are payable within 7 days.

48 hour notice required for full refund or transfer date of lesson.

If workshops are cancelled due to low numbers or illness a full refund will be given.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS

No refunds for attendees on group workshops. 24 hours notice an alternative session can be arranged.

Corporate events  – none refundable deposit required up to £150 per session to secure the time and date.

Remaining balance due at least 7 days in advance. 

If event is cancelled more than 48 hours beforehand remaining balance will be refunded. 

In case of event being cancelled within 48 hours, remaining balance will not be refunded.

COOKING PARTIES/EVENTS/DEMONSTRATIONS

None refundable deposit of £100 required to secure date of cooking parties or events.

Total number of participants required 3 weeks prior to event.

Invoice to be paid in full at least two weeks prior to event.

50% refund will be given if event is cancelled up to 48 hours before date.

No refund 48 hours prior to event unless exceptional circumstances.

Complete refund if Get Cooking! is unable to fulfil an event due to illness.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers must be USED within 12 months of invoice date, please ensure the recipient books in a date in good time to ensure they make use of their voucher.  Vouchers can be used towards private lessons, online workshops or group workshops.
