Afternoon tea baking experience is for anyone wishing to perfect scones, Victoria sponge, chocolate brownie, flapjacks or shortbread.
In this session you will learn all the basics of making the perfect afternoon tea and all those hints and tips not in recipe books.
Also discover how to be creative with flavours and ingredients to give you the confidence to create your own special indulgent afternoon tea.
Once everything is in the oven, you will make some tasty sandwiches and then sit down to eat what you have made with some of Anne Marie’s home made tasty cordials made from her allotment.
If the sun is shining you can sit in the garden among the bee friendly flowers and herbs.
When ever possible Anne Marie uses fruit growing at her allotment or garden.
These bakes can be made gluten free and vegan on request.
This afternoon tea cooking baking experience can also be provided as a private baking lesson perfect for any celebration with friends and family.
Can I book this afternoon tea baking workshop as a private lesson for myself, friends and family?
Yes, this baking class can be delivered at Get Cooking! or at a venue of your choice with the addition of travel costs. This baking experience can be made bespoke to your needs.
