Chocolate Yule Log baking lesson

A chocolate yule log is a seasonal favourite. Learn under the guidance of Anne Marie, who will show you all the tips and tricks to create a light sponge with no cracks.
It makes a fabulous centrepiece and is not as difficult as you think.
Discover how to make a smooth, delicious buttercream which can be adapted with your favourite liquor.
Working in pairs, you will create two 12-inch logs, individually ice and decorate.
We will also make some delicious buttery shortbread and a tasty homemade potato and leek soup with a little smoked salmon if you wish.
