In this relaxed vegan cooking class, you will learn how to make:
Lentil and coconut dhal (vegan and gluten-free)
Spicy rice chickpea one pot (vegan and gluten-free)
Spinach and carrot pancakes (vegan and gluten-free)
Garlic naan bread (vegan and can be made gluten-free on request)
PLUS, there are many hints and tips for adapting each dish, making it even more straightforward, creating other meals, and making the most of leftovers and your freezer.

How does this budget batch cooking class work?
There are a maximum of four people per group. You will work in pairs to create a meal for four people.
At the end of the session, we will sit down to eat together, and any remaining food will be shared with your partner.
Where is the cooking class held?
At Get Cooking! Anne Marie’s home is in Warwick Gates, between Warwick and Leamington. It is a perfect setting for teaching cooking in small groups.

What do I need to bring?
Storage containers are provided to take any food you don’t eat home, as well as aprons and recipes.
Can children join the session?
Yes, children over 14 can take part on their own. Under the age of 14 children need to be accompanied by a paying adult and work as a pair. (two tickets required)
Date not suitable, can I book this as a private cooking lesson for myself, friends, and family?
Yes, that’s no problem. Get in touch to discuss your requirements. Sessions can be tailored to your dietary requirements and held at my home or yours! 2 or 3 hour sessions are available. All ages are welcome. (£125 for 1 person, £175 for 2, £225 for 3, £275 for 4 and £375 for 6)
