It’s lovely to make them at home to get you into the holiday spirit and full of cheer.

Anne Marie will answer all your baking and pastry questions and give you loads of great tips and tricks for making these festive treats with some simple techniques.

Mince pies and biscotti also make excellent, handmade Christmas gifts for loved ones or neighbours. And if you do give them to Father Christmas, it’s a surefire way to stay on his nice list for good!

After baking, we will sit down and have a nice cuppa or homemade spiced apple drink, along with warm homemade sausage rolls.
