Eating hot cross buns on Good Friday is a known custom. They make a wonderful accompaniment to a cup of tea or coffee and are a lovely thing to make at home for the whole family to enjoy.

A simnel muffin is a tasty mini version of an Easter fruitcake with marzipan hidden in the middle.

This baking class is perfect if you want some things to celebrate Easter and feel in a springtime mood.
