Learn how to make choux buns in this practical workshop. If you’ve got a sweet tooth and love new things to make at home, then this virtual class is perfect for you.

Choux buns are a classic afternoon tea favourite or light dessert. You can turn the pastry into profiteroles, eclairs and more. It’s a versatile sweet pastry that can be personalised into any delicious treat you fancy with the addition of fruit or other flavours.

You might decide to go for white chocolate or dark chocolate topping or get creative with flavoured whipped cream filling. There are loads of combinations to try. This is a really fun thing to do at home if you love being crafty in the kitchen.

If you can stop yourself from eating them all, they can be frozen too!
