Learn to make sushi in different ways! (You can use vegetable or fish fillings – up to you as you are in your own home!).

For this workshop you will need the following:
A sushi mat, nori sheets, sushi rice, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, mirin (optional) black sesame seeds (optional).
Cook the rice as per instructions 20 minutes before the class starts. (250g will make at least 5 rolls).
A selection of vegetables such as carrot, cucumber, pepper, avocado with optional extra of egg, smoke salmon or prawn.
If you are doing this workshop via Zoom and decide to use raw fish please make sure it is extremely fresh from a reputable fishmonger that states it is fresh enough to eat raw.
