Mince pies are a staple for your Christmas parties or get-togethers, in this baking class you’ll learn how to make ones that far better than anything you can buy in the shops! It’s lovely to make them at home to get you into the holiday spirit and full of cheer.
This baking class will teach you how to make melt in the mouth pastry mince pies. Anne Marie will answer all your pastry questions and give you loads of great tips and tricks to making this festive sweet snack and how you can individualise it with some simple techniques.
These mince pies also make excellent, handmade Christmas gifts for loved ones or neighbours. And if you do give them to Father Christmas, it’s a sure fire way to stay on his nice list for good!
After baking the mince pies we will sit down and have a nice cuppa or home made spiced apple drink together along with warm home made sausage rolls.
