In this pasta and pizza cooking class in Warwick, we will make sweet potato and herb ravioli with garlic butter sauce and tagliatelle in tomato and herb sauce.

You will learn to use a pasta machine and hand roll to easily make pasta again at home.
How to make the perfect filling for your ravioli.
Create a delicious simple sauce with butter and herbs from Anne Marie’s garden.
Make a traditional pizza dough and hand roll to make the perfect base for your favourite pizza toppings.
A simple salad will accompany the dishes, which you can eat during the lesson or take home.
Once you have made your pasta and pizza dough from scratch, you want to make it again.
Do I need to bring anything?
The lesson includes ingredients and refreshments, as well as the use of aprons. Please bring storage containers for any food not eaten during the lesson.
Is this class suitable for children?
Yes, over the age of 11, as there is a lot to take in. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult and have a paid ticket, too.
