All ingredients are provided, and everything is prepared and cooked from scratch in the session. Whether you’re interested in scratch batch cooking, gaining confidence in spices and knife skills, or discovering the art of baking, there is a lesson plan for all abilities and occasions.

Food can be eaten at the end of the session, but storage containers are helpful for any food you wish to take away.

Gift vouchers can be purchased if you are not sure what to book. More sessions are added throughout the year, and the voucher is valid for a year from purchase.

The basic cooking lessons on Zoom course, which runs for 12 weeks at 5 pm on Tuesday evenings, is perfect for any budding chef or young adult looking for some cooking skills to take them into adulthood and give them confidence when leaving home.

This course is also great for children participating in the Duke of Edinburgh Award and requires a 3-month or 6-month skill. I can provide an assessor’s report, too.

Group cooking lessons are also a social occasion, a perfect present for an individual or a couple looking for an experience while learning some cooking techniques and knife skills. Cooking together as a group is a fun way to learn and enjoy the company of others.
