Brussels sprouts tend to have a bad reputation based on memories. Even I avoided the dreaded vegetable until I started to cook my own Christmas dinners and realised that if you steam them for only 6-8 minutes they were still green and had a bit of bite to them!

Brussells are also great fried, roasted and raw shredded in a salad or coleslaw. In the video below I include my favourite way to eat them.
